Ill be selling my 2011 LR4 in the next few months and thought I'd throw it out here advance in case someone was interested. Without a doubt the best LR I've ever owned and possibly the best vehicle period, no garage queen and a lot of miles but she's been good to us - specs:

175,000 miles on HSE Lux Stornaway grey model
- cross over pipe done
- new water pump and thermostat done while performing cross over pipe work
- new O2 sensors
- new OE alternator and battery
- new AC compressor
- new parking brake / spool assembly
No timing chain guide work - a few years back upon start up I would sometimes here that tapping sound that is the guide but have not heard it in over two years. I understand that doesn't mean I don't have the issue I'm just fully explaining I've never done the work to replace and I don't hear it 'tapping away' today and have not heard for months.

Here is the deal, the vehicle has been amazing so far apart from common items noted above. Feels great and drives great I'm just choosing to get the wife into something new. Overall vehicle condition I would say is squarely in the 'good' category, normal wear and tear.

I thought I would gauge interest on the community board first before I just randomly listed it for sale locally to some yahoo. My LR4 is nothing special but with 175k miles I won't be looking to get much for it either, I'll list for somewhere between $7 - $9k probably.

Thanks

No suspension work?

Yes, front lower control arms replaced, twice! All air suspension components are original and work correctly.

I also had the plugs replaced 15K ago and it has LR roof racks and ladder as well.

Thank you -

I get that you have some miles on it.. but for $9k... can you get anything else that has anywhere near the capability of this? I'd drive it until it had issues that you didn't want to address. Probably get a lot more than another $9k out of her. But good luck either way. I need to buy some county land and just horde these things it looks like. I could buy a fleet of LR4 for the cost of a new one.

Funny you said that mbw, part of me wants to do just that. Just drive it until it doesn’t make sense to repair anymore. But where is that point at right? Might let one of my kids drive it. Thanks
