Winter is here. Floor Mats?

I have the stock carpet mats in the 2011 LR4.
Anyone got experience with rubber mats. We get a lot of snow and frozen slush up here in Minnesota.

Got a line on any good deals?

Wife' LR4 had the LR rubber liners as an option. They do the job fine. WeatherTech floor liners are the best IMO.

For stuff like this I prefer the OEM stuff. The LR rubber mats have worked fine for me over the years. Granted we have mild winters in DC but our fair share of slop. I have never had a problem with melted runoff escaping from the embossed surface of these mats. However I understand that Weathertech has a more pronounced lip around the perimeter to really prevent runoff.

My carpet mats stay in pristine condition because I never even take the plastic off of them. They go straight to storage. For both of my LR4s I went straight to rubber mats from the get-go and use them year-round.

That's where I got all my accessories, including the OEM rubber floor mat and cargo liner. I like them. I've used them year-round for 6 years with no complaints.

That 3rd mat is so overpriced. Found a used oem one on eBay for $50. Agreed with everyone else the oem rubber mats work well here in Boston. My only complaint is that they don’t line up with the mat keepers molded into the carpet.

Agreed.

The fronts work well for me, the rears not so great.

Are you talking about the little plastic hook that goes through the hole in the mat? I got a bag of those with my 2nd row mats. They are just screw-tipped widgets that you twist into the carpet as best I can tell. I didn't bother using mine for the 2nd row because the mats stay put on their own. My point is that if yours don't line up you can probably back them out and relocate them.

I vote black OEM . . .

But that's also what I got recently - SO MUCH better than the gross tan carpet.
