To my Forum Family,

It's been a great couple of years, but I must say farewell. We traded in my LR4 last night as we continue to prioritize what is important to us. I am sure that it will be missed, but it hasn't sunk in yet.

I want to thank everyone for your knowledge, patience, and willingness to help each other in keeping these beauties running. I will probably still stalk the forums and live vicariously through each of you. I pray that the new owner finds this and other forums, and truly enjoys the group dynamics and sincere assistance provided.

I will sort through my bins this weekend and post any goodies in the classified section.

Thank you again for everything!

Oh man. Always stinks when a quality contributor leaves. I've been here for over 5 years now and there's been quite a few who've come and gone.

If you traded yours in, it will be interesting to see if the new owner discovers all the stuff you've done to it and appreciates the work.

Sorry to see you go. Good luck with the new vehicle.

Curious - did you get that coolant temp sensor replaced and did it help with the idle issues?

I hope they appreciate it. I asked the dealer to pass on my contact information so I could help them to understand everything

Thanks! I swapped the air temp sensor and coolant sensor a couple days prior. It seemed to make a difference, but I honestly didn't drive it enough to compare

Did the dealer have any appreciation for the mods, or did you get a "stock" trade-in value?
