Any recommendations for snow tires for 20"?

Tire Rack has a choice between the Pirelli Scorpion Winters and the Continental Wintercontact for the 255/60R20s.

This'll be for the mountains along with regular non-snow freeway driving to get there.

Cannot speak to the Continental Wintercontact, however, have had the Pirelli Scorpion 3SMPF tires on my old Yukon Denali and they were pretty good all around.

I am a huge fan of Nokian winter tires and have run them for years. They were great at braking and turning the weight of our LR4's. Unlike other brands, the tiny sipes that work on ice run far deeper. I went with the Hakkapeliitta R3 SUV in 275/55/20 for the Defender.

I just put a set of Toyo Open Country AT III at 255/55R20 on my rig. Great fit in the wheel wells, look great and very good in the winter weather up here in Lake Tahoe.

Currently in fall 2025, the R5 "suv" non-studded or the studded Haka 10.

I have the LT3 on my lr3 in 7x17 wheel but am planning on a 22" version for the v8 130.
