Hello,
I have a 2008 LR2 SE. I'm experiencing a DTC P0171, P0174, P0172, and P0175. I used an INNOVA OB2 code reader and tells me system too lean or system too rich on either bank 1 or bank 2. I'm searching for an OBD2 scanner with recording and live data that would be compatible to my vehicle. I have checked Launch, Autel, Ancel, INNOVA, and others but these scanners only cover certain system. Is there a scanner that you would know that can diagnose the emission system with the "P" code (fuel)? Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

Welcome to the forum. My normal questions for these type issues:

Last major tune up?
How old is the air filter?
When was the last time you cleaned the MAF sensor?
How many miles?
What fuel are you using? Premium or cheap stuff?
Any modifications to the vehicle including K&N air filter?

I would replace the air filter with a factory filter and clean the MAF and hope it isn't bad. For some reason Rovers do not like K&N no matter how well you know what you are doing.

OK, I'll replace it with the OEM air filter. Thanks for the advice.

I have a question, is the iiCarsoft i930 OBD2
scanner a good scanner that can pinpoint the sensor(s) that triggers the P0171, P0172, P0174, and the P0175 DTC? Every time the MIL lights up on the dash, I check it with a code reader and jot down the DTC and the Freeze Frame data and erase the DTC. and then drive the vehicle. Later on the MIL lights up and shows a different DTC. The above DTCs' cycles from lean to rich and from bank 1 to bank 2. I've been searching for a scanner that is dedicated to European vehicles particularly the Freelander 2 which is the counterpart of LR2 in America. Would you have any advice on this scanner or other scanners? Thank you.

OBDII scanners vary, I just use a bluetooth version, as far as the LR2, I am not a fan since it is a rebadged freelander which was a horrible rover.
