Newbie Question about my Disco....

I have a 1996 Disco, for about two years now, and I have notice that none of my inside, lights, and buttons wont work, or light on when I press them.

what works is the Radio, CD, FM, AM is fine, Rear wipers does works.
Heaters, and AC works, ( but they don't light up, so at night time you don't see them at all)

Everything else don't work or don't turn on at all, what could be the problem?
My fog light wont work also, I replace the bulb with brand new ones and nothing,? what gives?

Either a fuse is bad, or the headlight switch is bad.

Where could I look for the headlight fuse? will that be somenthing I could fix? and wich fuse, the ones inside the Disco are fine?

if all the fuses inside are good, then the dash light issue is probably the headlight switch
