Question about refreshing control arms

I am due to replace my upper and lower control arms on my LR3. I have read many posts about using the same generation rrs lower control arms but haven't found any posts about using the uppers. It looks like the rrs uses higher quality or at least stiffer upper arms. They are cast alloy instead of stamped steel. Has anyone tried them? It does look like I would need to use the rrs sway link too.
