Fan / blower has stopped working!

Dashboard separation problem?
The front edge you can get a kit to screw it down. For the edge in the pic I glued it down. 2 ways get some Rhino Glue from Home depot or Like this glue is very strong and expands to fill in gaps. Remove console the black trim round the heater vents radio etc apply glue and clamp. opr stick... -

Wheel bearing replacement question
I don’t believe there is no fill or drain plug on your year of Rover. Take another look. Small box head screw in on the top and small 6 sided to drain on the bottom of the hub. If you are facing the road from the outside IE Lug nut facing you the fill screw is at about 10 o’clock and the drain... -

1996 Disco 1 - Hard Starting?
Next time it won’t start. Pull the plugs and see if they are wet (Gas) if dry your injectors aren’t firing. Or the ECU is not telling the injectors to fire. ECU’s do fault on these trucks its big business in the UK to have them fixed and or checked. The ECU tells you when there is something... -

Noob Questions
Don’t over crank the manifold bolts. They should be set at 15 ft-lb only. This will allow for the expansion and contraction. If you over do them you can crack the manifold. If you think they are leaking Ex’ Gas change them $10 each from Rovers North easy job as long as the bolts don’t brake... -

The Fuel Filter should be changed at 50000 miles of 4 year if its only been done once back then I would replace. The pump will last on most LR's up to about 90 to 100 thousand I would replace that too. A noisy pump doesn’t necessarily mean a lose of pressure it means the unit is on it last... -

Clutch noise
I Have 94' Disco K150, the Clutch is making a grunting noise, bit like metal to metal, andit quit load at times. This all happens when I lift the clutch to move away in 1st. I can also feel it in the pedal as I ease the the clutch out. I only does this when the truck in hot. I haver no clutch... -

aftermarket replacement radio agian
Thanks Thanks guys one step forward and two steps back. I’m having no problems with the 8 track, I found I small place just in front of the air filter box where the jack used to be. I find it a little difficult when changing a tape, stop get out lift the hood etc etc. But boy what sound... -
