thanks for the insight on Atlantic British i might just go that route. The UHaul hitch is right under the bumper. sorry i dont have a pic of it. its actually worked quite nice for hauling the bikes and i also used it for a trailer where i didnt hook up the lights. -

Kayaks limit
i haul a 17.6 and 15.6 canoes, Yakima boots and towers on my factory rails, towers snap in and out with ease. Bars are 58" which allows plenty of room to fit two canoes, load stops to keep em in place and straps across the side and one on the front and rear. maybe a little overdone but last... -

06 LR3 Control Arms and Tie Rods @ 57K?
57k on my 06 LR3, had an oil change and they garage told me i needed to replace both Control Arms and both Tie Rods, total cost $1,940!!. I am not a mechanic but the car seems to run fine, no rattling or clunking. Is this a typical service for an LR3 with only 57k? also, anyone have this... -
