No problem. I am now thinking the steering column lock housing was somehow fried when the alternator went to ground and the car died. If so this is not gonna be cheap.

Was originally thinking this noise was the alternator( sounds like alternator bearings to me) but it’s coming from the back of the engine. I read somewhere about an internal HP fuel pump or crank shaft position sensor but am clueless. Can Anyone ID this sound
