Smart Key low battery on Clusterboard still shows warning, even though I have changed the battery on the FOB. Any suggestions?

Sometimes , with the engine running, you can push the unlock button on the fob two times.

Thank you, tried that, but it is still saying low battery. Car turns on and off no issues, just that it sill shows on the board low battery. I will try replacing with another battery
