We are new to Range Rover this is our first it is amazing. Any advice for a new owner?

They can be reliable.
You just have to pay attention to when the vehicle "talks " to you. Via, smells, warning messages ,and noises.

I agree with rover ranges comment of ‘can be reliable’ I have a 2011 RRSSC with about 130,000 miles on it . I’ve owned it 5 years and on the whole it is good but I work on it myself. If you are planning on keeping it long term my advice would be to cut the oil change interval in at least half to try and prevent future expensive repairs and do exactly as rover ranges comment suggests of being on the look / listen for strange noises etc.
They are a great vehicle so enjoy it.

Honestly the main thing is staying on top of the service schedule. Gets pricey if you skip it, but they're solid cars when you actually keep up with maintenance.
