Quick Brush Bar question
Will a original brush bar from a 98 D1 fit on a 95 D1? What puzzles me is... The brush bar that was taken off the 98 looks exactly like the D2 bar pictured in the atlantic british catalogue page 12 (e) with the decal that reads discovery on the top bar. I purchased the bar pretty cheap... -

Passenger door lock springy and rear windows don't work
Solder? How do you determine what is a bad solder?? They pretty much all look the same. My front windows work perfect, driver side rear never works and pass rear works every so often.. Thanks -

I was thinking of adding some 1" lift spacers to my 95 D1. I want make her more beefier and add larger tires.. what is the largest tire size I can put on with the 1" spacers? I do not want to trim anything. Is there any downfalls with the spacers? Thanks, -

I had the plugs/wires/air filter changed a few months back.. Im not sure if the fuel filter was ever changed by the previous owner or if the throttle body was ever even cleaned. I highly doubt either of them were.. -

Joey, Is this something I can fix myself or would i need a dealer? What wiring do I look for? Where would they pass the alarm and why? Would it be more simple to install an aftermarket alarm? Its really cold here and I ant to purchase and auto start.. Thanks -

Yes, all my door locks push down freely and have to be locked with a key from the outside.. Where may I find the switch if it was disconnected? keep in mind, I also have no key fob for the remote.. If I get the key fob and program it, the locks may work?? Thanks -

How would I know if a door lock actuator is bad? I bought my 95 disco used, without an alarm fob and the locks do not go down when locking the drivers door lock, I hear no power at all.. If I buy an alarm fob do you think it will lock the doors? Which actuator usually goes first? My red light... -

Headliner Help
I had the same problem... I ended up buying the material and taking the existing head liner out myself, brought it to a upholstery shop and they only charged me $100 to do the fabric work... looks brand new!!
