00 Disco Sunroof/Heated Seats

Hi all...love the forum...

I'm buying an 00 Disco w/ 83k. The dual sunroofs don't open (hit the button but nothing happens) and the heated seats don't heat.

Any idea if the two could be related?? If not, what do you think could be the problem?

Since they belong to different fuse I wouldn't think they are related.

12 = Sunroofs
15 = Cigar lighter, interior lights, seat heaters, vanity mirror illumination
