06 LR3 HSE Reflection Package Problems

My 2nd LR3: (1st one was an '05 SE with all the usual problems that got settle thru Lemon Law...)

2006 HSE Reflections Package (BGrey) includes:
Birds Eye Wood Trim
Sirus Radio
Cooler
BlueTooth
Reflections Package
w/chrome accents in/out...

Problems:
1- within 100 miles the entire oil contents of rear dif/axle leaked out while driving
2- have heard super loud clunk/fall-out-of-gear then hard-kick-back-in noise from the rear transaxle
3- the usual downshift/upshift jerking when coming in/out of stop
4- windshield wiper fluid reservor blown out (liquid does not stay in...immediately leaks out when filled)

Currently have 12,500 miles on the vehicle. Same dealer for both LR3 (Anaheim)! They have been GOOD and I am glad this 2nd one is no where near as bad as the '05!

Have had 911, BMW M-series, Chevy's, and more...all highly technically advanced cars like the LR3 seem to have more and less equal amount of problems.

LOVE this damn LR3...even if it is the pinnacle of corky "English" contraption!

The "hard shift" didn't happen to me often enough to be irritating (since I don't generally do 'rolling stops'), but it basically never happens now since the last transmission software update... which was installed at one of my service intervals.
