1995 Discovery throwing 03 code

I have a 1995 discovery that would not start this morning, 140,000 miles. got it started. looked under passanger seat has 03 code, what does this mean? Also does not idle. runs ok, pleanty of power, please respond. Thank you. oxygen sensor maybe?

03 is an ECM memory recently cleared, nothing else.
Did you check to see if there was more then one code?

Disco mike: had a friend post this thread earlier today. Now there are no codes showing. It would not start this morning on the first attempt. Had to get to work. Opened the hood to look for anything obvious. Pushed the accelerator down to see if it were gas logged and needed clearing. Seemed to help as it started but would not idle when I got to work. Recentley it has been idling a tad low about 500 rpm. Powers good but exhaust pipe is blackened. Running a bit rich I think. Busy trying to move into a new house and have not established the tool room and garage.
