2003 discovery se

just purchased a 2003 LR disco se with 65k and i'm pretty happy with it.
just notice today my brake light on and my SRS airbag light does not turn off.
before i take in to have it check out any suggestions?
how about recommendation for a indie mechanic in the long beach - south bay area of california, thanks.

Brake light, check the brake fluid level... SRS that is a dealer or indy Rover mechanic issue.

The SRS usually comes on from either a low voltage or dirty connections to the front seat belts.
