2004 discovery 2

need some help 04 discovery 2 service enegine soon light keeps flashing pulled codes says p0305 i already know that is misfire cylinder #five changed the coil pack and plugs still doing it and now it just over heats for no reason i dont know what is going on here some info would be great can give my info if needed thanks

You need to quit driving it ASAP before you torch that engine. You should be aware a flashing light means stop driving right away, not at your convience.
You may have a head gasket already failing on #5 and if you want some help, PM me your number and lets talk this afternoon.
And I am serious, stop driving it.

I agree with Disco Mike... driving at this point will just make things much worse.
