@txfromwi thanks for the information, the negative cable I checked tightness on post AND where it grounds to the body, all look good no corrosion, my new AGM battery does have tapered posts and the terminals must be shoved down hard to tighten without any movement. The only place I saw any issues was when I checked the BMS fused harness for continuity. NOTE the problem pre-exists me doing anything with the BMS single wire connector. After checking continuity, which was good, I checked it's connection and noticed that some of the tin coating of the eye was missing but about 70%+ remains. No corrosion though.
