2016 LR4 engine cover removal

The PCV is on the passenger side of the engine, partially covered by the cooler on the supercharger. You can see a little bit of the orange diaphram peaking through a round cap.

If you are going to have the sc off for other reasons, access is really easy. But removing the supercharger is a pain. You can get to the PCV without removing the supercharger - a bit tricky, but doable. I strongly recommend that you have the new part before you take off the old one as the tabs on the PCV cap tend to break off when you remove it. Also - be careful to just grab the tabs on the cap with a pick, and not to break anything on the valve cover or you won’t be able to get the cap to say on again and will need to replace the entire valve cover - big job.

Ahh makes sense. I was wondering about the wisdom of attempting a pcv replacement if they couldn't figure out the cover.
