2016 LR4 Original Owner. 75k. Thinking about selling, but not sure of alternative rides that can do everything this does.

what about the new discoveries? Have you considered one of those?
Its the same problems different body right? I need to tow. I also do some rough off-road stuff. I'm not sure that car fits the bill. That thing has 3k less towing capacity unless there is a SCv6 version I didn't see?

Discovery is ugly as sin but seats 7, has off road chops and tows 7700lbs, same as the beloved 4. But you may want to grab one before LR kills it. I considered Defender 110 with the imaginium6 but seriously? An 48V electric supercharger feeding a turbo? What could go wrong with that? Despite their current troubles Toyota will figure out the 3.5 TT and I trust the I can get get 10+ years out of a GX.

Or just plow money into the old girl.

What about the new GMC Yukon AT4 with the upgraded 3.0L Turbo diesel? 305 HP, 495 ft/lbs. I'm eyeballing that too since my extreme off road work is done on dirtbikes. The At4 will poser around overlanding just fine.

Yes. I concur that the P400 Defender is wonderful to drive. I took one out on that Land Rover Experience weekend, in Maine.
But the disappointments for me were the full on electronic dash, the fact the cargo space doesn’t go flat, and where did the split tail gate/hatch go.
And then there is the price.
But, what a pleasure to drive on the hills, in the mud, down the highway and around town…. sounds like my LR 4 ;)

Cargo space folds flat. At least on the 5 seater models. I can just get my 6'2" frame lying down corner to corner.

Does anyone have a resource showing which options were available, specifically the 4x4 packages to look for, on the used 110s?
