2019 D5 Heated Seats Not Hot?

I just bought a 2019 Disco and have noticed a slow and low temp to seats in hottest setting. Is this a common complaint, or is it possibly not working properly? I saw on another thread that some rovers have seats that are heated and cooled by engine heat rather than electrical coils? Anyone know if this is the case for 2019 Discovery?

If I do, it’s not activated on display, so no…

Your seats have heating elements (grids) built into the seat back and cushion.
To properly check their operation, you need an infrared temp gun.
On high heat, you should see around 90F.

I'll check that with a heat gun. If they register working but low, what is the likely culprit? Re-calibration or a part replacement? Which part? TIA

If both sides are doing the same thing, my guess would be the climate control module.
