I know we've been joking about it for some time, but that really looks like an LR4 from the windshield forward, at least on this side view.

There could be a bulge going on in the hood. And I think it will look more Defender-esque from the front.

This lego kit debuted last week:

Not sure how true-to form this is, but it is licensed by Land Rover, and it clearly looks like the sides will be removable, if not the top. It also shows a little of the front end, complete with "round" headlights.

Might be that the 2 door is a little bit more rugged than the 4 door. Not sure how many folks really like removing and storing 4 doors.

Wrangler Unlimited owners would like a word with you.

AAAND, the inside...

Off the cuff this angle could be deceiving, but it seems the gear shifter would hinder reaching that far right bottom corner "settings" icon on the touch-screen....

Looks like a different tire as well - Pirelli Scorpion Zero in the same elusive (aka non-existent) size of 255-60-20.

They'll probably make it go up/down in the display with the height settings.

Who would have thought that vanity would **** the surprise - do we really need a photo of the vehicle we are in on the dash screen?? It's just as bad as having a Jeep Wrangler with giant a JEEP sticker slung across the rear window. Gee thanks, I had no idea what the vehicle was...
