Aux Input Solution?

jptruck, as mentioned earlier... "Line-out will be closer ("louder") than the headphone jack, but it's still -5 volume ticks off on most/all iPods. And Navigation voice will still be too loud..." Yes, it's noticably closer in level... but not perfect.

Understood. At $39.95 vs. solutions that are $399.95+. . .I can live with the Belkin solution, and I bet a lot of others would too. The Nav solution I've fixed by turning off the voice. It's annoying to me even at low levels so I never use it unless I'm trying to find some really complex location like the easiest route through downtown D.C.

Which of these 2 line drivers would you suggest - and why?
