I would want to confirm mileage. Only 12k miles yet the tires were replaced (April 2023 date code) . I guess due to age but suspicious? Don't believe anything you hear and only 1/2 of what you see?

An 8 year old vehicle with 12k miles averages out to 1.5k miles a year. Is that even good for a vehicle to be driven that little? I've heard there can be problems that arise from lack of use.
