6C10s are on the "retired" NGK list. I have not noticed a difference with the 7C10s (one heat range lower). I bought mine on Rock Auto and some of both were available at the time (although only 3 6C10s so I went with the 7s.) Real NGK plugs will cost $10-12 per.

Dang it!
I just installed a set of "Genuine" Land Rover plugs from NGK bought from eBay ($58). Shoulda known...
Thanks @gsxr for the heads up. Gonna pull them and check them again now that I know what to look for.
Someone spent a lot of time in R&D to make these look so legit.

They probably are legit if they came in the LR packaging as well. What heat range were they? Perhaps they were just the "old" ones.

They are the 7c10s.
The LR packaging is super legit. But researching this counterfeit stuff turned up some elaborate fakes.
From what I've seen, they're supposed to have 4 digit codes stamped on them.20191118_193253~2.jpg
There's 5 digits stamped on mine. Can anyone confirm?
I've got a set coming from AutoZone to compare.
