Okay. I went underneath to remove the swivel plug to put the grease in.

215 pounds of me pushing against the passenger tire, lifting my body into the air, and pulling a 13mm wrench -- did nothing!!

What do I need to do to the plug to break it free? Should I put the Seafoam 'Break-free' on the plugs?

Should I be using a 13mm square wrench (4-point) to remove.

I thought this would be a 15 minute job, now I am wondering if I need an impact wrench to break this thing free.

Breaker bar with iron pipe extension?

You are turning the thing the right way, right?

I am pulling towards me, lefty loosey, rightsy tightsy...

I am looking at the Craftsmen wrenchs that grip on the face of a bolt rather than the corners AND get a three foot pipe. Alternatively, I am considering using smooth vise grips to grap and use the three foot pipe.

Will spend several days spraying Seafoam on the plugs.

I bought the aforementioned tools and neither worked.

I had a very large crescent wrench on the ground with me and figured, what the hell -- It fit! [duh].

It took a moment but the plug came loose. The passenger side was just as easy with a very large crescent wrench.

I got the tubes of swivel grease installed.

Another lesson learned for the forum.
