Can anyone advise about Dubai Property Investment?

Appreciate that this is a little off topic (to say the least!), I apologise but I am wondering if anyone here can help me. I am currently looking at opportunities concerning property in dubai for sale . I've heard an awful lot about this recently. Just wondered if anybody here has bought anything out there and can comment good or bad. Look forward to your thoughts,

I am a real estate investor. I've been able to invest & train investors in the U.S. the last 3 years. All I know about Dubai is it has been growing like mad the last few years. I also know Donald Trump has invested over there. The basics of real estate investing are the same everywhere. Those are:
Don't count on appreciation (future value) - Buy it far below market value.
I prefer to invest within an hour of where I live. I will not pay more than 80% of fair market value on anything.

I am not an accountant or tax attorney however I have invested & trained many other investors. Good Luck, I hope this helps.
