I have a 97 Disco. And the charge light keeps coming on. We have changed the alternator and battery. But still having problems. Could it be a fuse or module. Also the Tacho does not work.

Have you tested the voltage from the battery and alternator at idle and at 2000 RPM's, if not go to your local parts store and see what it is.
Should be between 13.6 and 14.4 volts.
