Check your Cooper Zeons!!

Well...Kauffman tire refuses to credit me for mounting & balancing. And they refused to lift by the frame and instead under the control arms. Even after I pointed it out.

I just had this happen to my tires and the cooper rep told me he has never heard of this happening before.... say he will cover 50% because of tread wear. Please confirm that Cooper is responsible for 100%.

Yes they are to cover it. Look at their warranty page and its under premium warranty. I'll look in the morning for the rep i spoke with for the claim. They covered all 4 tires.

aagh...i love mine...gotta go check them out. I hope all is well. I've had mine nearly a year and less than 6k on them...
