Sounds about right; a quick look at Cars.com shows me a grey 06 HSE /w 32k miles for $25k in western NY state - only a couple of hundred miles from my location (in Canada!). There are also dealers in Michigan that have been selling '08 demos with <10k miles for 30k USD - granted they are SE7s, and may or may not have NAV, but still a fair bit of extra warranty.

thanks its a v8 se leather no nav but I bought a garmen for 120,00 and it fits nice in the slot. and the dealer threw in new mats also no 3rd row seats which I don't need
