Disco II interior coversion for Disco I?

Is it possible to swap out my 97' Discovery I SE interior (this would include the front seats, center consule, and rear seat) with that of a 00' Discovery II, without modification?

Sorry, been working all day... front seat will fit, but it will be tight. Rear seat will fit as well, but with the rear seat in you will only have a few inches of leg room between the front and rear seats.
