Dog chewing up my cargo area

Good old "Turbo" the 4 month old bloodhound is in his chewing phase and leaving him in back of the LR3 on a long road trip didn't go so well.

Anyone know if the carpet backing piece is replaceable on these 3rd row seats?? The side that faces UP and forms the cargo area floor, when the seats are folded down? Or do you have to replace the leather part of the 3rd row seat too. Grrrrr

I'll obviously have to get a seatbelt replaced... he ate through the right side one. Almost clean through it.
