Looking to replace front end links and sway bushes tomorrow. I swear on my other rigs the procedure is to not tighten either component until it’s back on the ground with the suspension settled.
YouTube diys for the LR don’t seem to mention this step which is causing me some trepidation.
Anyone have the manual on the actual procedure for this? I’d like to do this job right. Thanks!
Well, I got the links done and torqued on the ground. Unfortunately I didn’t have a wrench to get off the very first nut of the bushing cap. My dog leg 18mm just wouldn’t budge and hit the frame and other **** in the way.
