Evoque central locking

Hi all

I have an evoque 2012 and it won’t lock... it double beeps like I have a door open but I haven’t.

Once in a blue moon it locks as normal!

Any ideas???

Welcome to the forum. It sounds to me like a sensor is not working correctly, this can cause it to think a door or the hood is open and will not lock. Could also be a battery issue either with the rover or the remote. Test both batteries.
