Freelander td4 replace cam belt

Hi, I have a 2002 td4 with 55000 ks on the clock & the owner,s manual indicates it to be replaced at 60000 ks. Has anybody been through this exercise or could let me know where I can find details on this ?

No problem mate. The TD4 has a timing chain!!
