What is the voltage requirements for the Fuel pump. I measure 5VDC at the three wire connector to the pump when the Ignition is turned on. (Pump NOT Connected). I hear the fuel pump relay energise but not sure if it works. I'm working without Schematics. Truck wont start - no fuel at schreader valve.

First don't order from the dealer.... Order from either Nathan listed in my signature, or call Atlantic British, or Rovers North.

Second. IIRC (If I Recall Correctly) it should be 6 volts to the pump.

Third. Depending on mileage it may be a bad pump, but bench test it first before you spend the money... you can rebuild it if the plastic is not all cracked... I know I replaced mine and the plastic was all cracked and in bad shape or I would have rebuild as a spare.
