fuel pump relay

Just joined hoping to find some help! I have a 98 disco I can spray gummout into throttle body and she will start for a second. not sure if fuel pump is inop. or maybe relay any suggestions?

Nope, it is not the fuel pump relay, it is the valve in the pump allowing the gas to drain out of the fuel rail over night causing a hard start in the morning.
