has anyone put on the wheel arch protectors?

I've ordered a set of the wheel arch protectors for my disco, and was wondering if anyone has put them on, and if so, is it difficult or should i get a shop to do it?

They are easy to do. Two things you want to do since they are pretty much self adhesive, clean the paint surface real well to get og old grease and wax, and don't ruch, once you stick them on that is that.

are they like an L shape, so that they mold into the wheel arch itself, or do they just sit on top of the fender?

They are L shaped.
