Headliner question: how do I remove the passenger side visor

I got the one philips screw out but how do I remove the other piece? Can't seem to pop off cap w/o gouging the plastic.

Figured it out, I was trying to pry the smaller plastic piece and didn't realize the surrounding trim is the one that pops off.
