Help! Dash lights all dim when i brake??

Whether in park or drive ...I step on the brakes and all dash board lights including clock all dim(they do not turn off just dim) and when i release they reurn to normal brightness.!? Does anyone know what's wrong?

If you are not real electric/mechanical, I would find a mechanic who is, not a dealer. You most likely have a short and it can only get worse.

I agree with Disco Mike, either a real bad short or you have a battery on its way out or the Alternator isn't doing its job any more.
