Cascade Rovers. Check out www.cascaderovers.com

The founders of this club used to belong to PCRC as well, then branched off on their own. ...been around since 2005.

how many mile are you at? I am due for rear brakes and am wondering if I should go ahead and do the Emergency brake shoes as well. I figure since they are just used for holding they should last a long time but not if they are going to lock things up when they fail.

Just past 52k. At an absolute minimum you need to check, clean and adjust the parking brake shoes. The shoes were a 131USD per side. I think the guy that adjusted mine last screwed them up because the shoe surface on the passenger side was completely gone while the drive side was pretty good.
