I did my research
the official standard is to remove the glove compartment first, which REQUIRES a special tool 501-113
I checked some video from youtube on LR3 model, which seems not necessary to completely remove it
I checked the LR3 and LR4 repair manual about the blower part, which are almost exactly the same
so my guess is I can follow the LR3 video to do the same thing on LR4
better safe than sorry , I would like to get yours 2 cents before I start
