I Have A Transmission Problem! Please Help!

my problem is when i put my range in reverse it sounds as if some thing is slipping and then jumps in to gear and moves also dose it a little in drive but not as bad as in reverse

tucker.. have the fluid level checked or check it yourself... if it is low of the filter is clogged you will get this issue.
