Hi,

I've just joined too, having purchased my third defender last September (New). The only thing I have found needing attention is the check-stays on the doors don't work (adjustment needed). But I was wondering if it's worth fitting a gas strut to the rear door (needed for lifting the dogs in and out!).

Welcome to the forum... not sure about the gas strut as I haven't been around the defenders much, but I am sure someone has done something similar before.
