JL Audio Sub and Amp $420

I am regretfully selling my JL Audio Stealthbox and 300watt mono amp. Ive decided to install Front Runner's rear cargo setup with the sliding trey and the audio setup will not fit with this installed. The sealed enclosure pokes out about 1 1/4". I purchased the amp for $300 on Amazon and the Stealthbox for $585 on Crutchfield. The box is designed specifically for the LR4/3 to fit in rear left corner of cargo area mounted flush against the side. The third row WILL fold up and down properly with this enclosure. Bass is clear and tight. Sub can handle up to 400watt RMS at 2ohm, but I feel 300watts is perfect for my music selection. Asking $420.
