Question -- is there a DVD catalog of the whole LR3 where I can look up part #'s for all the parts on the car? (not just accessories, I'm talking the whole car).

I know dealers have some system... but not sure if its available to nondealers. I have one of these for my audi and saab has a great one. Ideas? (what do indy shops use ?)

BMW/MINI have a great online website too - every part for every model. Haven't seen one for LR other than at a body shop.

Perhaps at the landrovertechinfo.com website?

Rover does not offer one, why would you need a part number anyway when if you did have to order a part from the dealer, they have all the numbers all ready.

I want the part numbers because a good portion of the time the dealers dont order the correct parts (unless you have the old part to compare to). Just an extra measure to be certain.

Also -- honestly -- I like browsing the catalogs looking at the parts too. It's fun. I have a bunch of old cars I work on and restore outside of the Rover -- 911's / Saab 900's -- and I spend a ton of time looking through their parts lookup programs / microfiche / etc figuring out how things are put together, what the different parts are, etc.

There's a catalog in PDF format that you can usually find on ebay. I have it somewhere if you can't find it.
