Length in inches when 2nd row folded down?

Hi all,

I am in the market for another SUV after coming from a sedan. My question to anyone on this board, what is the length in open space from the back of the front seats to the tail gate (closed) when the second row seats are folded down? The LR4 brochure was a little cryptic so I was not certain if the dimensions were accurate when the brochure says 43.6 inches for a 5 seat configuration.

To close this out, it's about 70"L x 44"W measured from the center console AC stack (for the second row seats).
