Am I missing something - can you lock the glove box? Is it electronic or part of valet mode or something else?

Unless I totally overlooked it, I put something in there that really should have been locked, but I didn't see a lock?

No locks that I can see on either glove boxes or center console lid. The only thing the valet mode locks (other than radio / infotainment system) is the rear tailgate. Real fun when you get to a hotel valet, labor a couple of minutes to enter a lock code with the attendant waiting patiently by the door, get out of the car and then realize you have stuff in the trunk you need to unload. :hmpf:

Ya, I have done that before at a pretty upscale place in chicago. Having the cargo barrier is nice for that feature though, you really can kinda lock all your crap in the back. They had to park it even further away in a different garage that would be tall enough. I'm not sure if I can even go there now with my .75" more height because of the wheels/tires. I don't dare try to explain access height to them. They race the damn things around anyway. I had it in access height when I handed it off to valet and in the two blocks between there and the lot, they must have gone over 30mph because it raised automatically.

I kinda hate valet, but in some cases you don't have much choice. I am pretty worried they will smash the rack somewhere.
