LR3 Brush Guard on LR4?

I picked a 2005 Land Rover LR3 SE Brush Grill from my local salvage yard and I am curious if it will be able to fit on a 2012 Land Rover LR4 HSE LUX. has anybody emailed one on their LR4? See picture below.
